How do I update my availability?
Log into your donor dashboard and toggle the availability switch. When marked available, your profile will appear in search results for seekers.
Can I edit my blood group after approval?
Blood group changes require admin review for safety and verification. Contact support or submit a change request from your dashboard.

Do I need to register to search for donors?

How do I request blood in an emergency?
After registration as a seeker, go to the "Emergency Request" section. Fill in patient name, blood group, hospital details, location, and urgency level. Your request becomes visible to donors and admins.
Is my personal information protected?
Yes. Contact details are only shared after you initiate contact with a donor through the platform. Public visitors cannot see personal information.
Can I see donor availability before registering?
Yes, the public search page shows donor counts by blood group and city. Full donor profiles and contact details require a registered seeker account.

Requests marked "high" or "emergency" urgency typically require immediate blood within 24-48 hours. These requests are highlighted on dashboards.
How long do emergency requests stay active?
Emergency requests remain active until the seeker marks them as fulfilled or admin closes them after a reasonable period (usually 7 days).
Can donors see my emergency request details?
Yes, logged-in donors can see emergency requests including blood group, hospital, city, and required-by date. Contact details are shared upon matching.
What happens after I post an emergency request?
Your request appears in emergency queues across the platform. Donors can express willingness to help, and you will receive notifications to coordinate.

How do I place an advertisement campaign?
Register as an advertiser, then submit your campaign with creative assets, target placements (header, sidebar, footer, search, emergency), budget, and schedule. Admin will review before activation.
What ad placements are available?
Campaigns can appear in header banners, sidebar boxes, footer sections, search result pages, and emergency request areas - all with admin approval.
How does admin review work?
Admins review all user registrations (donor, seeker, advertiser), campaign submissions, and flagged content to maintain platform quality and safety.
Can I track campaign performance?
Advertisers can view impression and click metrics from their dashboard. Campaigns display status (pending, approved, live, completed) with date ranges.
